The Aseret Leadership Course

“Studying and learning with Aseret, I am a more knowledgeable, passionate, committed, and connected Jew. I wanted to give this meaningful and transformative gift to my Federation Board of Directors to enhance and infuse Judaism in their professional, volunteer, and personal lives.”

– Linda A. Hurwitz, Past Chair of the Board of The Associated, Jewish Federation of Baltimore

For those charged to lead our Jewish communities, you can enhance this vital role by spending time learning together, enriching yourselves, and deepening your commitment to the values you stand for.

In this dynamic course specifically designed for Jewish community leaders, you will travel back to Sinai and listen again to the Ten Commandments (Aseret HaDibrot) with an ear to understanding what each one means, its foundational principles, and the core values that result from them. Then you will think together how these values shape your opinions, lead to consensus, and provide lenses to navigate the very real decisions you make about issues such as priorities, trust and respect across differences, lay/professional relations, honoring commitments and more.

Together, you will further your personal development and collective efforts as an elevated and exemplary community.

This course can be self-led, led by a trained professional, or taught virtually by Rabbi Nitzan Bergman, Founder and Director of Aseret Global. The materials can be co-branded for your organization.
