In these challenging times, we are faced with leaders that exhibit a wide range of leadership styles. Some resonate with us while others are clearly not to our preference. While leadership styles vary greatly, certain principles should be followed by all leaders. Key among these is Responsibility (achrayut).An effective leader should both care for others and have an understanding of the impact of his/her actions. Through Jewish text study we will explore several aspects of Responsible leadership.
