Virtual Mussar – Topic: Responsibility/Achrayut

Some leaders are humble, some are organized, some are decisive; others are courageous, visionary, or charismatic. No single middah could possibly encompass all styles of leadership. However, there are certain principles that we can agree should be held by all leaders. One of those is the middah of responsibility, which would translate as achrayut in Hebrew. We will explore this middah from many angles.
