  important middah to cultivate\, Jewish sacred literature only addresses t
 he concept in reference to God. In this session we will explore the centra
 lity of the Jewish concept of trust in God\, while understanding that it c
 an be a difficult belief for many Jews today. How might we best combine a 
 trust in God and something outside of ourselves with a trust in ourselves 
 and others\, so that it is not an either-or proposition?
