DESCRIPTION:Within Jewish tradition\, there are many different aspects of t
 he important relationship between the individual and the community. We spe
 cifically selected the concept of tochecha as our focus because it explore
 s a critical role that is often difficult to assume. As adults\, we often 
 find ourselves in situations where we disagree with someone and we think p
 eople are behaving in a way that is not productive to the community. How s
 hould we respond during these moments when we want to suggest an alternate
  course of action? This session helps us explore how to disagree in ways t
