Chai Mitzvah is committed to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity and security of personal information provided by current and potential donors.

Unless a donor requests otherwise, or we are required by law to do so, we do not disclose the dates, specific purpose or amounts of any donation to third parties. Chai Mitzvah does not sell, distribute or make available its mailing list to any individual, group or entity for any purpose.

When Chai Mitzvah uses the services of third parties who must access our records, they are required to affirm that they are aware of and will comply with this Privacy Policy.

Chai Mitzvah collects the name, mailing address, phone number and email of site users who make online contributions and the emails of those who voluntarily opt in to our email list. Once added to our email distribution, site visitors will receive periodic electronic communications from which they may unsubscribe at any time by visiting the link therein contained. Online contributors also receive email acknowledgment of their gift, as well as seasonal newsletters distributed via regular mail. Those parties wishing to verify or update personal information can email us.
