Social Action

Becoming a Chai Mitzvah is not simply about books and learning. Social action is an essential

component of both being Jewish and becoming a Chai Mitzvah.

Most of us think that we really should volunteer more, if “only we had the time.” Whether it’s a minimal investment or something more extensive, you should find something to do that makes a difference to you and the organization with which you volunteer.

You may wish to create a social action project on your own or you may want help connecting to a project in your community.
