Learning

When you decide to become a Chai Mitzvah, you commit to increase your Jewish knowledge both through participating in a monthly Chai Mitzvah organized community learning group* and by studying a Jewish topic of your choice.

If you are a synagogue member look into your synagogue’s offerings. You may also choose to venture out of your familiar context and join a study group at a different synagogue or organization. You might meet and get to know people who share your interests, and also get a new and different perspective on a topic that interests you.
